Cultive Negócios was founded by agribusiness professionals, with more than 20 years of experience, who believes in the continuous improvement of processes linked to the cultivation of solid relationships between people, thus providing organic growth for the parties.

The team is formed by Business Administrators with specializations in Sales and Marketing, Controlling, Business Management and Data Analysis. The professionals have had experience in multinational agribusiness in the areas of Sales Administration and Planning, Sales and Aftersales, as well as global projects for the areas of Sales and Marketing, Product´s Warranties and Customer Experience, working in multicultural and crossfunctional teams.
